New York, NY

Cam’ron has issues with New York Knicks superfan Spike Lee and doesn’t want to see him at anymore games courtside, where he’s been a staple for decades.

In a video posted to Instagram on Wednesday (December 21), Killa Cam can be seen jokingly held at gunpoint while he reads out a plea to the acclaimed director urging him not to show up at Madison Square Garden in the future.

“Dear Spike Lee, please do not come back to Madison Square Garden as you’re bad luck to the New York Knicks,” Cam said. “We haven’t won shit since you been a ticket holder and all you do is kiss other players’ ass — pause — from other teams when they come.”

“We felt it was disrespectful when you was through another man’s legs — pause — taking pictures of Steph Curry. Please don’t come back… And your movies suck — pause — except for Do The Right Thing and Malcolm X. We out.”

Cam’ron added a disclaimer in his caption that read: “Spike my bad they had me at gun point. They said the Knicks are doing good right now. Leave while they’re ahead. @sencity730 spear headed (pause) this and @lil_bub helped.

“They had a petition for you not to come back to the garden with 912,568 signatures. They said watch from home. Or else. I’m scared. Sb: I like ya movies spike!”

Many of the Dipset member’s rap friends had a laugh at his antics in the comments section, including Jadakiss, Ghostface Killah, G Herbo, Slim Thug, Smoke DZA and more. “Killa is crazy,” Kiss wrote.

While Spike Lee has admitted in the past to looking “stupid” for spending upwards of $10 million on his courtside seats over the last 30-plus years, the timing of Cam’s rant is a bit odd.

The New York Knicks are currently red-hot and riding an eight-game winning streak after thrashing the Golden State Warriors — the defending champions — at MSG on Tuesday night (December 20). It’s the fourth-longest winning streak for the franchise in the last 40 years.

The Knicks will look to extend that streak to nine on Wednesday night (December 21) with another MSG matchup against the Toronto Raptors. Look for plenty more sports talk coming from Cam’ron in January with the launch of hisIt Is What It Is talk show.
