Busta Rhymes has teamed up with DMX for a freestyle over Jay-Z and Kanye West‘s “Otis.” 
Funkmaster Flex is set to debut the freestyle on Hot 97 this Thursday at 7 p.m. EST.
In a clip released on IFWT, Busta Rhymes hits the studio with DJ Khaled to preview the track, which sees the recently freed X dropping his signature growls over the soulful beat before the drums come in.

they call it a freestyle because if they called it a remix or a song they would have to pay copyright infringement fees, royalties yada yada etc. etc. This way it passes as only a spontaneous improvisation live on the radio for fun and not for commercial purposes. Just my guess.
