Blueface didn’t last too long during his recent interview with Funny Marco, who was put on the spot for not doing enough research prior to their chat.

On Tuesday (December 5), the Los Angeles native sat down with the internet comedian for a very brief conversation that ended with Blueface walking out. Whether or not this was staged is unclear.

The two have since collaborated on an Instagram post to promote the interview, which will drop this weekend but apparently only went on for 30 seconds.

After Marco asked the 26-year-old why he can’t rap on beat, Blueface responded: “Which song do you think I’m off beat?” When he was unable to name any songs, Blueface grilled Marco further and asked him to just name three of his songs or “this fuckin’ interview is over.”

“Bust down, Thotiana,” Marco responded. “Bust down, Thotiana, featuring Cardi B …”

Sure enough, his guest immediately got up and walked away when he heard his biggest hit named twice.

Funny Marco has been getting a lot of attention by conducting awkward interviews, which have not all gone as planned.

In mid-October, he hosted G Herbo and Southside on Open Thoughts and later revealed that things were a lot more contentious than the final product showed, alleging that he was called a “bitch” multiple times and that the pair broke his $30,000 watch.

He has since decided to take the humorous approach to the ordeal as he addressed it in a new stand-up show he did last week. During the set, he revealed that the rappers’ teams were initially encouraging him to put out the controversial interview.

“Okay, Mr. Herbo. The shit go viral. Y’all seen it,” he said, then added that the virality made Herbo change his tune. “Team then calls. ‘Take this shit down! Take this shit down!’”

Marco claims that he refused to acquiesce to their demands as the interview is still available online.
