Blac Youngsta‘s brother’s murder suspect has been identified by Memphis police who have issued an arrest warrant less than two weeks after the shooting.

According to Action News 5, Randy Ewing is the man police believe to be the prime suspect in the murder of Tomanuel Benson, who was shot and killed in Memphis on the morning of August 18.

An arrest warrant was issued for Ewing on Monday (August 28) and he’s wanted on charges of “second-degree murder and two counts of attempted second-degree murder.”

Authorities also released a photo of Randy Ewing and are looking for help locating him around Tennessee. Memphis police are imploring anyone with information about his whereabouts to call the police department or CrimeStoppers at 901-528-CASH.

Police discovered the CMG rapper’s brother unconscious near a Valero B.P. gas station in South Memphis. Tomanuel was then rushed to Regional One Hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.

“Officers made the scene to find Tomanuel Benson deceased. The pictured subject was developed during the investigation as a person of interest. This is an ongoing investigation,” the police department wrote to Facebook.

Blac Youngsta spoke out for the first time following the tragedy on August 20, stating he would “make the world pay” for what happened and that he is “ready for whatever come with this shit.”

In spite of the tragedy, Blac Youngsta is still working on his craft and releasing music. He returned with his Blac Sheep 2 project on Tuesday (August 29) and he released a sultry visual to accompany project standout “No Reason.”
