Beyoncé has tapped into her inner Lil Uzi Vert, doing her own version of their “Just Wanna Rock” dance while kicking off the first night of her ‘Renaissance’ tour.

On Wednesday (May 10), Queen Bey made her first stop on her Renaissance World Tour in Stockholm, Sweden. Several clips from the show have surfaced online.

One video in particular sees the Lemonade singer causing a stir among fans, in which she gives her own rendition of Uzi’s now-iconic “Just Wanna Rock” dance, the accompanying track of which dropped last October and peaked at No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

It’s clear from the footage that Bey took the popular dance very seriously, while performing it with a mash-up of her hit song “Diva.” As fans watched the iconic singer perform the Philly rapper’s catchy dance move, they were thrilled.

In addition to Beyoncé, other artists have also taken the dance to new heights. Recently, Lil Kim put her own spin on the rapper’s signature dance while performing at the Lovers & Friends festival.

Over the weekend, a fan captured footage of the Brooklyn rapper remixing the TikTok viral dance by adding in her own moves. While dressed in all black, Lil Kim threw in her “Quiet Storm” dance along with a couple of body rolls before doing the dance made famous by Uzi.

The festival also featured performances by Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes, Nelly, Jhené Aiko, and Bryson Tiller, to name a few.

In other related news, SZA recently joined the company of Ms. Knowles as the only Black women to have achieved both a No. 1 album and a No. 1 song in the 2020s — and it’s all thanks to the Doja-cat assisted remix of her hit single “Kill Bill.”
