He received a sentence that was two and a half years longer than the federal guidelines because he had been found with a ghost gun during a vehicle search in 2022. During that same search, police found seven magazines, a duffle bag containing 21.4 pounds of high-grade marijuana and $33,662.
Freddie was indicted back in 2023 as part of an FBI investigation into the EBK [Every Body Killas] gang, following an arrest the year prior. He was found guilty by a jury in April of this year of one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute marijuana, one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and one count of using a telephone in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

In addition to the 150 months of imprisonment, Freddie will have to pay a $242,000 judgement and, following his incarceration, will be on supervised release for three years.
The Quality Control rapper’s conviction stems from a 2022 federal drug bust, in which Bankroll Freddie and 34 others — including his father, Freddie Gladney Jr. — were arrested.
The following year, as mentioned, the Arkansas native was charged as part of a 61-count indictment against the Every Body Killas (EBK) gang and the Loady Murder Mobb.
At the time, the Department of Justice claimed that the two gangs “voluntarily and intentionally conspired” together to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, meth, and marijuana.

The 30-year-old was allegedly part of a crew that conspired to sell large amounts of crack cocaine and marijuana in Arkansas and Texas between March 2021 and October 2022. Officers reportedly seized jewelry and cash from a number of the defendants, totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Before his arrest, Bankroll Freddie’s star was on the rise. He released an album titled Big Bank in April 2021 via Quality Control and Motown Records, with guest appearances from Young Dolph, Megan Thee Stallion, Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz, EST Gee, Young Scooter, PnB Rock, and BIG30.
