Gladney was reportedly overheard via wiretap discussing drugs and guns with three of his sons and arranging drug sales through a daughter. Since then, they’ve all been charged as co-defendants.

“I do believe in the presumption of innocence,” U.S. Magistrate Judge Joe Volpe said in court on Friday (March 3).

The case stems from an April 2022 federal drug bust, where Bankroll got arrested on several drug and gun charges. TMZreports that the Arkansas native (real name is Freddie Gladney III) was charged with 34 other defendants as part of a 61-count indictment.
