Bandman Kevo has been a major advocate of liposuction surgery for men and he believes doctors owe him some sort of financial reward.
On Thursday (April 6), Kevo took to social media to claim he’s inspired millions of men to follow his lead under the knife which in his mind means doctors offices should be writing him a hefty check.

“They laughed about me getting lipo and acted like nobody would do it,” he wrote on Twitter.
“Well where the hell did 1.3 million people come from after people knew I did it These doctors need to come with a big check.”

Kevo continued to flex his silicone abs on his Instagram Story and then expressed his hopes to one day open a wellness center.
Fans initially began speculating that Bandman Kevo had gone under the knife after he shared photos of himself shirtless on a trip to Turks and Caicos in November 2022.

The Chicago rapper then joined DJ Akademiks’ Off The Record podcast weeks later where he revealed his liposuction fascination came from insecurities after getting cheated on in a relationship.
“I got cheated on a lot,” he said. “[With] a lot of guys with better bodies. Just to be honest, I don’t even care. It didn’t make me feel bad. I understand.”
He added that, in many of those situations, his money and lavish lifestyle didn’t play a factor in his former partners’ choices and that he often was cheated on with men who couldn’t match him financially.
Kevo went on to point out that, contrary to what many men believe, women are just as attracted to physical features as men are.

“I don’t know what type of women you like,” BK said, “but when we look at the women we like, we usually like a nice set of titties and a nice ass, a flat stomach; we don’t want nothing weird. Women are the same way. We gotta be honest with ourselves.”
