Asher Roth Joins Cast Of Roadtrip Comedy “50K And A Call Girl”

    Asher Roth is set to make his acting debut in the upcoming roadtrip comedy 50K and a Call Girl, directed by Seth Grossman (Butterfly Effect 3) and co-written by Ross Patterson.

    The film stars Patterson as a man who is diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and has only six weeks to live. Grossman plays his newly engaged older brother and offers take the $50,000 from his wedding fund for a road trip. “Things get complicated when the brother’s fiancee (played by Grossman’s actual fiancee, Lauren Aboulafia) insists on tagging along and a call girl joins the group.”

    This marks Roth’s first foray into acting. He is currently prepping the release of his next mixtape Paps & Jazz.

    2. It’s a shame people only remember Ash from I Love College. Really, “Rawth” was one of the best releases last year… And it wasn’t any stupid frat boy rap shit. Asher has substance when he really wants to. Unlike Miller and all the other dumb frat rappers who spawned from Ashers success.
