50 Cent Says He’s Owed $2.3 Million From SMS Promotions

In May, 50 Cent’s SMS Promotions filed for bankruptcy. The original documents claimed the company had between $100,000 and $500,000 in debts.

The Jasmine Brand reports that the documents were recently refiled and state that the debt is much larger.

The new figures include $2.3 million dollars owed directly to 50 Cent.

The boxing company lasted for three years before filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

At the time, 50 Cent was looking forward to “reorganizing as a new corporate entity and becoming one of the leading promotion companies in the world of professional boxing.”
