50 Cent‘s recent Canadian tour stop was short an opening act after police reportedly prevented Pressa from getting on stage — in his own country.
The incident went down on Monday (September 11) when 50’s Final Lap Tour 2023 hit the city of Edmonton. According to a report from Radar Online, the police’s anti-gang agency raised a red flag over the Toronto-based rapper and a source told the outlet he was escorted out of the venue due to “security reasons.”

Apparently Pressa has had issues with the police in Canada for years over alleged ties to several Brothers Keepers gang members.
50 Cent’s tour has certainly not been without incident. Earlier this month, Lil Wayne was reportedly due to appear as a special guest at one of the G-Unit mogul’s Los Angeles shows – but he ended up leaving the venue before even getting on stage.

According to Page Six, Weezy was supposed to come out during Fif’s performance at the Crypto.com Arena — incidentally the same show where 50 hit a Power 106 personality with a microphone, for which he’s now potentially facing felony charges.
Unfortunately, one of Fif’s backstage crew reportedly pushed Wayne just as he was ready to go on, which bothered him. It’s not clear whether the push was accidental or not, but what’s clear is that Lil Wayne stormed out of the backstage area and away from the concert.
“He just stormed out,” said the backstage source to the outlet. “He was in the building for about 20 minutes total.”

Days later, Fif posted a news clip from Radar Online where Weezy had problems with his microphone when he was one of DJ Khaled’s opening acts during Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour stop in Los Angeles.
50 also posted a news clip from HipHopDX regarding Wayne leaving early from his Final Lap tour.
“[Looking eyes emoji] Damn only thing left is Taylor swift show,” 50 Cent said in the caption. “I fired everyone involved in the audio department, if the mic don’t work your ass don’t work here.”
It hasn’t been all bad, though. At another one of his tour stops, 50 Cent displayed his softer side while showing major love to a young fan who was rendered speechless and emotional upon meeting the legendary rapper.
During a meet and greet backstage, 50 approached the little boy who was dressed like an early version of him with a hat, du-rang, T-shirt, and mini bulletproof vest.

The boy was visibly overcome with joy and had to be nudged a bit to approach the rap superstar. “Come here man,” 50 Cent said warmly.
As they were posing for pictures, the little boy was able to muster up the strength to say: “I love you so much.” Both 50 Cent and the little boy continued to pose for pictures while he revealed that he got tickets to see him for his birthday.
