Tyler, The Creator’s Cherry Bomb is the #4 album in the country. The Odd Future frontman’s fourth album was one of four new albums in the Top 5 and was edged out of the #3 spot by just a few thousand units. Drake clung to his spot in the Top 10 but just released the physical version of his If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late yesterday, the sales of which will show up on next week’s report. A few spots down the list, Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly fell to its lowest charting position yet at #14.
This week’s chart also finds Wale slipping ten spots to #21, followed closely by Big Sean at #22. Young Thug meanwhile makes his first ever appearance on the chart as a solo artist at #26 with his new Lil Wayne-inspired mixtape Barter 6. J. Cole finds himself at #32 on the list with his still-steady 2014 Forest Hills Drive and Ludacris’ Ludaversal fell from #18 to #34.
Tyler The Creator Debuts At #4
Falling just short of his previous album’s first week’s Billboard 200 standing, Tyler, The Creator’s fourth album debuted at #4 on the chart this past week after selling just over 50,000 unites. Cherry Bomb outsold the #2 album on the chart, the soundtrack to Furious 7, by almost 25,000 units but lagged behind considerably in streams. With more than six million streams across platforms, Tyler’s latest clocked a total activity count of just over 58,000 after a seven-day period.
Drake Falls To #10
After re-entering the Top 10 at #8 last week Drake’s If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late fell two spots to #10 after posting up just 12,496 album sales. The latest numbers bring the total album sales for Drake’s latest up to 835,155 since its surprise release in February. Meanwhile, the album again topped the charts’ streaming column with more than 20 million streams in a single week. With yesterday’s release of a physical, collector’s edition of the album, sales for If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late can be expected to surge on next week’s report.
Kendrick Lamar Falls Out Of Top 10
Despite outselling Drake on a pure album sales basis, Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly fell several spots from #7 to #14 in the latest sales report. With another 19,063 album sales this week alone, Lamar has now sold a total of 532,279 copies of To Pimp A Butterfly. The album was streamed more than nine million times between the last two Sunday’s.

^ Not really. The new album is gonna sell more than Radioactive.
You guys should really get disqus for the comments
hahaha that irrelevent peice of garbage kendrick is allready out of the picture. He will never compete with the god of rap. He should be shining drakes shoes. The only way he will sell is with a drake feature. This album won’t even make it to weak platinum status. Its going to stay for ever gold irrelevent trash.
he outsold drake dummy
frank are u retarded?
This is obviously Dan trolling with his lies again. It hasn’t even been a month and Kendrick has already past gold sales and he’s still in the Top 20. TPAB already sold more than GKMC in 1st week sales, it’s gonna sell more in total, meaning he can already sell without a trash Aubrey feature. What’s your obsession with wanting people to shine Drake’s shoes? That’s below a platinum-selling artist like Kendrick. You’re too busy trying to shine Aubrey’s shoes with his splooge after jerking him off. Kendrick is not irrelevant or garbage. If anything, Drake is garbage as he’ll never be a god of rap when he sings pop ballads. BTW, there’s no such thing as weak platinum, you’re either platinum or not.
and ovo im talking about selling more than him THIS week
He sold more this week too tho lol. Drake is 10th and Kendrick is out of the top 10. Glasses broken?
Frank tripping. He didn’t outsell drake this week or overall. Check the page again, homie.
Serious Johnson
That’s only because streams convert to album sales. Actual albums, Kendrick sold more, 19 vs 12. Drake had 20million streams to KDot’s 5million tho. Converted to album sales Drake has more which is why he’s four spots ahead on the charts.
Do you not even pay attention to the sales trajectory? Kendrick is falling fast. He’s gold and that’s it. His next album may not even do gold unless he has some pop singles with Ariana Grande and taylor swift.
^ Actually, it’s you who doesn’t pay attention to sales trajectories because Kendrick is not falling at all. It’s barely been a month and he’s already over gold sales. TPAB will go platinum and so will the next album, which won’t have any pop singles with pop singers (he’s not that kind of artist).
im going by pure album sales so yes he did read the article again dumbasses
Kendrick’s album had a physical release so he had an advantage. When drake’s album is actually in stores, watch the spike in sales.
Man, where are all the Kendrick fans? The album deserves better sales than that, my goodness.
Calm down. It hasn’t been a month yet and he’s already at gold. That’s a lot more than most rappers these days.
Except Drake
Considering how dumbo went platinum before, that’s disappointing.
^Again, his album hasn’t even been out for a month and it’s already gold. It will eventually be platinum. It’s not a disappointment when it sold more than GKMC 1st week. BTW, Dumbo has become a lame insult. Try again.

This bitch should be shining my shoes. I make very compelling arguements yet this bitch decides to bitch and complain. He knows drake is the best selling artist out there (and should be shining my shoes for being right) yet wants to complain instead.
If anyone’s the bitch, it’s you. You’re the only person who should be shining shoes. You never made any compelling arguments, just trolling and lies. Also, Aubrey isn’t even close to being the best selling artist out.
SESH
artists gotta stop that spotify stuff, why should i buy it if i can stream it for free?
