Hiphopdx.com was backstage at the BET Awards and witnessed firsthand many things not on camera that transpired throughout the evening. The show was considered a success by new director of programming, Reggie Hudlin, as the evening was highlighted by an out of this world performance by Chaka Khan that included Prince, Stevie Wonder, Yolanda Adams, Indie Arie and more. Busta Rhymes also killed it with his performance of “Touch It” as Rah Digga, Mary J Blige, Missy, Lloyd Banks, Papoose and a digital version of DMX appeared on stage with him. Eminem shocked the BET crowd as he rushed onto the stage and delivered the final verse.
