Filipino rap star Al James is off to Canada next month!
Last August 10, the rapper announced his first-ever Canada Tour entitled Pa-umaga (Morning) after his viral hit in 2018. The Pa-umaga Tour has six stops in the country, starting in Winnipeg and capping off in Vancouver. He starts touring in September.
The rapper has been relatively quiet over the past few years, with his 2022 single “PSG” being his first release since 2020. “PSG” has over 30 million plays on Spotify since its release last January. He also reunited with Filipino indie band Lola Amour in February this year for “Madali” (Easy) after previously working together in the third season of Coke Studio Philippines for an original collaborative track, “Sundan Mo Ko” (Follow Me).

Last year, he appeared alongside Legit Misfitz, K247, and Calvin De Leon in “Atin Ang Gabi” (The Night Is Ours). The track is one of the lead singles of Def Jam Philippines’ Nite N’ Day EP.
According to Al James’ tour ticketing site, fans can expect the rapper to perform his “latest and greatest hits.” Tickets are now available here.
