ZICO is back!

The South Korean rapper and previous judge-producer on Show Me The Money marks his highly anticipated return with “SEOUL DRIFT,” his first single in two years following the end of his mandatory military service.

“SEOUL DRIFT” arrives a week before the slated release of ZICO’s comeback album, Grown Ass Kid.

The music video shows ZICO living in and navigating around a cyberpunk-looking Seoul, where he drives around in a motorcycle and goes to a club. A live performance of the track was released on the same day, Tuesday (July 19.)

Following the release of his Random Box EP in July 2020, he began his mandatory military service in the same month. He was officially discharged in April 2022.

In June, he released a video titled “다시 시작합니다,” (Start Over), where he shared that he’s been keeping busy working with the talents signed under his production company, KOZ Entertainment, which he established in 2019 and was acquired a year later by HYBE Corporation, BTS’s label.
