According to Billboard’s news post, “Bazinga” jumped from number eight to number one on their December 11 weekly Hot Trending Songs chart. The Hot Trending Chart tracks the number of mentions on Twitter, with “Bazinga” garnering over 1.6 million mentions from November 26 to December 2.

This marks the group’s first time topping any chart, making them the first musical act to outrank K-pop superstars BTS’ six-week reign. “Bazinga” is followed by BTS’ “Butter” and “Permission to Dance,” Stray Kids’ “Christmas Eve,” Dimash Kudaibergen’s “Fly Away,” Mew Suppasit’s “Spaceman,” BE:FIRST’s “Gifted,” and Kai’s (of EXO) “Peaches.”
