Year of the Ox’s JL hopped on the Squid Game fever with a namesake loosie he self-produced under his real name, Jaeyoung.

The track is available as a free download on SoundCloud. JL took to Instagram to share that he will “start putting my beats on there soon,” and teased new music from Year of the Ox.

Over the weekend, the Korean-American hip hop duo asked their followers which track from their latest self-titled album needs a music video, prompting excited replies from fans, including AWKWAFINA, who requested “BLACK MIRROR.”

The 14-track YEAR OF THE OX includes features from nafla, Rekstizzy, DJ Zo, AXELBLOODYAXEL, and MIKNNA. It includes their 2019 track, “The Twilight Zone.”
