Indian rapper MC Altaf delivers a scathing freeverse titled “Humble Rap,” accompanied by a music video filmed in a recording studio.

MC Altaf confronts today’s superficial standards in hip hop (“Look at these rappers / As fake as their list of followers”) and dispenses sage advice (“Those who wanna see you fall, go leap over them”) over a beat by DRJ Sohail via Gully Gang Records.

The Dharavi native rose to fame for being the dialect coach to Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, teaching him ‘Bambaiya’ and continued to collaborate with Singh, who made a cameo appearance in his 2018 track, “Wassup!”
