HIP HOP Megan Thee Stallion

In a short amount of time, Houston native Meegan Thee Stallion has become a cultural icon. She released her first mixtape, Rich Ratchet, in 2016, followed by Make It Hot in 2017 and the EP Tina Snow in 2018. "Big Ole Freak" (2019) became her first song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, giving her national attention. She released Fever in May 2019, landing at No. 10 on the Billboard 200. Her track "Hot Girl Summer," featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign, went platinum and became the summer anthem of 2019. In 2020, Megan's "Savage" and the remix of "Savage" both topped the charts with the proceeds of this remix going to the Houston nonprofit Bread of Life. After dropping her debut album, Good News, in 2020 and Something For Thee Hotties in 2021, the best of “Hot Girl Meg” is yet to come.
