The son of rapper I-20, a member of Ludacris' Disturbing tha Peace crew in the early 2000s, it’s safe to say that rapping is in Destroy Lonely’s blood. Coming from a musical family, the Atlanta native began producing his own music at an early age. His earliest official releases came in late 2015 on SoundCloud. In 2021, Destroy Lonely signed to Playboi Carti's Opium label through Interscope Records and Ingrooves in early 2021. Destroy Lonely drew national attention with the release of his mixtape No Stylist in 2022, which landed at the number 91 spot on the Billboard 200. After gaining rave reviews for No Stylist, Destroy Lonely’s eclectic sound is sure to make major waves for years to come. In March 2023, Destroy Lonely released his latest single "If Looks Could Kill," which is said to be the lead single for his album of the same name.
