According to Genius, Dugg met Lil Baby in California as they bonded over their shared love for the dice game Cee-lo. A few months later, Dugg went to Atlanta, where Baby asked him to play some music and their working relationship developed from there.
42 Dugg uses his signature whistle as a placeholder technique when recording music. “One day I was just trying to catch a beat, the whistle showed me when I was supposed to come in,” Dugg explained to Genius.
