Instead, he and others (fans, fellow artists, etc.) promoted this idea that he was some newer, more eclectic, 21st century crossover rapper. Bottom line though…homie doesn’t rap. He has never rapped. He sings verses and because he’s a bad singer, he SAYS some of the words in his songs, giving people the wrong impression that he is in any way, shape, or form, a rapper.
