With the creation of his own record company Doggy Style Records, Snoop Dogg is ready to unleash his stable of artists on the rap game. Dropping July 30,”Welcome to Tha House Volume 1”, will be the first compilation album from Bigg Snoop Dogg, Soopafly, Latoiya Williams, Mr. Kane and E-White, better known as the Doggy All Stars. “Doh Doh” a track produced by Hi-Tek, will be released to the underground and DJ’s within the next couple weeks.
Accompanying the album, Snoop Dogg will release a documentary, “Welcome to Tha House” on DVD and VHS. In late September of this year, Snoop plans to release a solo album titled “Bigg Snoop Dogg Has Paid Tha Cost to Be Tha Boss”. Just Blaze, Battle Cat, the Neptunes, DJ Scratch and others, will be handling production on the album. As with the All Stars Album, Snoop will be releasing a film titled “Boss’n Up” with his solo joint. “Boss’n Up” will portray Bigg Snoop as a hustler who moves from Cali to Miami and becomes a very rich pimp. Doggy’s Angels and Tha Eastsidaz are both in the studio working on new albums as well.
