First Suge said that he was going to sign Kurupt to Tha Row, the DPG camp said that was a lie. Then Suge said that he signed him, the DPG camp said that he was lying again. Kurupt then said he signed with Tha Row, Antra Records said that Kurupt was still under contract with them and that he didn’t sign. So what really happened? Kurupt did sign with Tha Row, but like the headline says, he is not an artist on Tha Row.
Well asccoring to Hitemup.com Suge Knight wanted to sign Kurupt as an artist to his label but it would have cost him too much money to buy out his contract from Antra so he did the next best thing; he signed him as an executive. It is a pretty good deal for Kurupt as he is the vice president of Tha Row. No word on how many albums he has to release on Antra before his fulfills his contract obligation.
