Simon Says: “I’ll see you in court.” Apparently Pharoahe had a Godzilla sample in his song that was not authorized. Now Toho wants a half mil for it, in the meanwhile the song will be pulled from all album and all 12″ singles will be destroyed. Lets hope that this doesn’t delay Pharoahe’s next album.
