U2 Hooks Up With Kanye West

U2 will rock stages overseas as the group will be hitting such stops as New Zealand and Australia. That’s not Hip-Hop news, right? However, the group has enlisted the help of Kanye West, and the Louis Vuitton Don will open up at these spots for Bono and the gang.

These shows were only recently confirmed as U2 previously cancelled tour dates due to an undisclosed family illness of one of the group’s members. Ticket holders can use their tickets for the re-scheduled shows and those who cannot attend will be allowed to get a refund.

In other “opening act” news, expect to see Ron Artest in Europe soon. The controvercial rapper/basketball player is slated to open up for Fat Joe as the TS head tour Europe. The tour starts July 28 as the pair hit Portugal. The rappers will also stop in Germany, France, Norway and more European countries.

According to Eurweb, Artest’s album My World will hit stores in late October. Guests on the album will include Mike Jones and Allure.
