Lupe Fiasco has had to deal with
push-backs, bootleggers and new track listings. Now, the wait is over.
The emcee who created a buzz and a hit with Kick, Push,
is finally ready to release his highly anticipated Lupe Fiasco’s Food &
Liquor.
In a statement released via MySpace, the LP will hit stores
September 19.
“This is the final release date. There will be no
pushbacks,” he said in the statement.
The album’s newest single Daydreamin’ can be found
in our Audio section, as well as his MySpace page. The track features R&B
singer/songwriter Jill Scott. Along with the soul singer,
the album will feature such big named stars as Jay-Z, who is
also listed as the Executive Producer of the project.
Expect production for the album by The Neptunes,
Needlz, Kanye West and more.

new LP “Time Is Money” has taken quite some time to be
released. 1/3 of The Lox, Styles is now prepping the
release of his next offering reports Billboard. This is his second album,
following A Gangster and a Gentleman, which he released in 2002.
Usual suspects Jadakiss and Sheek will
appear on the disc. Other acts who will show up on the album, include
Talib Kweli, Mario Winans, Jagged Edge and more.
The Alchemist, Scott Storch, and Hi-Tek
all provided instrumentation for the piece and should also be expected to have
beats appear on the project.
Time Is Money should land in store shelves November
