With interest in Hip Hop themed video games steadily rising, Heatwave Interactive has revealed that they will be putting out a video game in which gamers will control a musicians career from beginning to end.
Heatwave Interactive will be partnering up with T.I. [click to read] and Grand Hustle for the game which is entitled Platinum Life.
“Expect an experience authentic to the hip-hop lifestyle. Our game will not be about hard-core violence, but about the elements and challenges unique to living the hip-hop lifestyle,” Mykel Mitchell, the producer of Platinum Life told the Los Angeles Times. “There are many challenges that get in the way of one’s path from zero to hero.”
Although Platinum Life will not be released for another three years Heatwave Interactive plans on releasing an online version of the game via Facebook and MySpace later this year.
In similar news, T.I.’s [click to read] daughter and the daughter of rapper Lil Wayne are close to having their own reality show.
Backed by production company Ish Entertainment (Road To Redemption) the reality show will follow the rapper’s daughters band, OMG Girls. The band also includes two other members, both of these members are daughters to one of the members of R&B group Silk.
