With World Cup fever running wild across the globe, it seems the sport may have caught Diddy’s attention. According to the BBC, Diddy reportedly had someone look into Crystal Palace, a team in England’s soccer league. According to Diddy, it simply wasn’t the right move for him to make at the time.
“There was somebody that had looked at it [for me] but … it just wasn’t the right business move at the time. I’m always looking into different business ventures and it’s definitely one of my dreams to be part of a sports franchise, especially a football team,” he said.
He went on to add that he would still consider buying a soccer team, if the opportunity was the right one.
“If the situation comes my way and it’s appealing, we can make the splash and, most importantly, build the right team and win … I’m into winning and if it’s the right situation then I’m open to it.”
For now, Combs is focusing his work around Dirty Money, who released “Hello, Good Morning 
” earlier this year.

Thats because all of the best athletes in the US play basketball, football, etc. In other countries, their best players play soccer. This is the huge difference, if we had the best athletes in the US playing soccer, especially from a younger age like in other nations, I have no doubt that the US would always have some of the top players in the sport, and one of the top teams.
