Killer Mike To Release “PL3DGE” On May 17, Young Jeezy, T.I. Featured

Adamsville, Georgia emcee Killer Mike is among the most respected independent artists in Hip Hop. After his major label Monster scored a gold plaque near the top of the ’00s, Mike has found a cult following through I Pledge Allegiance To The Grind albums released through his Grind Time Official imprint, and SMC Recordings. With the third installment now planned for March 22, 2011, Mike Bigga says his best is about to come.

With the T.I.-assisted “Ready Set Go” presently on heavy rotation on MTV Jams, the album has been revealed to boast appearances from Young Jeezy, Gucci Mane and Twista. Just as the case with 2008’s HipHopDX “Album of the Year” I Pledge Allegiance II The Grind, production duties will be handled by No I.D., The Bizness and DJ Speedy.

In a statement, Killer Mike said, “PL3DGE is the album I always wanted to make.”

PL3DGE will release on March 22 from Grind Time Official/SMC Recordings/Tree Leaf/Grand Hustle.

UPDATE: Representatives for Killer Mike revealed that the album, moved to April 19, has now been moved once again to May 17.

    1. ready set go is a cool track this is a mosdef buy 4me

monster is his best work i bump that album like it drop last tuesday

    2. KILLA KILL FROM THE VILLE MIKE BIGGA! DAY ONE PURCHASE FOR ME, EVERYTHING HE DROPS IS FIRE. HE GONNA HAVE TO HAVE SOME HEAT TO TOP VOL. 2

    3. Mike on top of his game man. I’m too anxious to hear the rest of tracks, but i’m pretty sure they gonna go a lil something like this…..”BANG! BANG! BANG! WOOOOOOOOOOO!”

    4. After so many delays, all I can say is about damn time. Mike’s one of the few ACTUAL Hip-Hop/Rap artists coming out of GA. But why would he put Gucci on the CD though? That’s the only feature I would disagree with.

    5. Killer Mikes last cd was nothing short of genius. His lyrics and voice and flow is the hardest. The beats are so sick too. I am super stoked.

I can guarantee this will be a good album. Killer Mike puts his time into his albums, he doesnt just push out garbage on a weekly basis.

Anyways hes just gotta keep on his grind and he’ll solidify himself among hip hops best for decades to come.
