Beyonce Knowles is being honored for all her hard work. The international pop star will be this year’s recipient of the Billboard Millennium Award during a May 22nd ceremony at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena.
During the lavish event, an all-star cast of performers will pay tribute to the “Run the World (Girls)” 
singer. Musicians scheduled to perform include Cee Lo Green, Nicki Minaj, Pitbull, Rihanna, Black Eyed Peas, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum and Taio Cruz. Comedian Ken Jeong will host the fete.
Bey, who is currently prepping the release of her untitled fourth album, has dominated the Billboard charts over the past decade, winning 16 Grammy Awards and racking up platinum hits.

she deserves to be recognized without a doubt…she is easily one of the most hard working women in the performance industry! Do you have any idea how much she tours? How many millions of records she’s sold in her career? Or all the hits she has and videos she shoots where she dances her ass off? That’s mad work right there. C’mon she had her group, then went onto a MASSIVE solo career. Think about how long Beyonce has been making hits without falling off yet..for fucks sake, one of these recent years where Jay-Z was listed in Forbes and placed at the top she had actually made MORE than him that year…THATS CRAZY!!!

I definitely agree. People don’t like her because they’re either jealous and want to be her, or attempt to do what she does but don’t even come close. As a dancer, I and everyone I know, knows how extremely hard it is to do all that she does on stage while still having her voice sound like perfection. That’s what most of us try to achieve but don’t. She may not show off her highest vocal ability in some of her music, but she’s already proven that she can sing so she can do whatever the hell she wants. She’s gorgeous, talented, successful, and extremely wealthy… of course she’s going to have haters. That comes with the territory. No one knows how to be happy for someone else these days. It’s pathetic really.
I always have to post a comment like that whenever I see hate on Beyonce. No one else usually does. I’m glad, for once, you saved me the effort.
