Shortly after its theatrical run, the A Tribe Called Quest documentary Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest is headed for DVD and Blu-ray on October 8th.
According to MTV’s RapFix, the DVD will include special bonus features including three featurettes: “Mike’s Journey,” “Bringing Beats to Life” and “On the Red Carpet at the Los Angeles Film Festival Premiere.”
Director Michael Rapaport will also voice commentary on the home video release, which will also feature deleted scenes and extended and alternate scenes.
