Lupe Fiasco Responds To Alleged 50 Cent Diss

Earlier this week, 50 Cent released the eleventh song in his Street King promotional series “50’s My Favorite.” But the Queens rapper raised some eyebrows when he seemingly took aim at Chi-Town emcee Lupe Fiasco with the lines, “I could fit your house inside my house/Then your neighbors and your yard/Oh my God/This shit ain’t about shit, so I ain’t gonna go hard/Now kick, push, kick push/Get the fuck outta here/Kick, push.”

Now, in a recent interview with 107.5 WGCI’s Tony Sculfield and The Morning Riot, Lupe resonds to the claims that the G-Unit general went at him on the record. Lupe says that he isn’t mad that 50 mentioned his hit song’s title in the song and that he doesn’t feel the lines were a diss at all. Still, Lupe assured listeners that if push were to come shove, he wouldn’t turn the other cheek.

“That’s fine, 50 [Cent]’s a good guy,” he said. “I got the chance to perform with his and tour with him a bit. I don’t really look at it as a diss. I’ve got fans in high places, I guess…[responding] is always in the chamber. I’ve always keep that in the chamber, they know what’s up.”

50 also took to Twitter, deading the rumors of the lines being an attack on Lupe.

      1. i dont think this website has an editor, if they do i agree, fire that dude cause hes not doing a very good job

    1. a 50 Cent vs Lupe battle would be useless really

50 doesnt really battle rap, he does battle interviews, battle Blogs and Battle Publicity, every beef but the Ja Rule beef he’s come out on top due to other factors, but Rhyme for Rhyme he got bodied by Jada, Fat Joe, even CamRon who I dont like at all came off better then him, but lyrics arent 50’s game, he’ll crush you with sheer power, at least he use to, dont know how capable he’d be of doing it now with his popularity fading….

Lupe on the other hand is the exact opposite, he would lyrically shred 50 to peaces but if he saw him anywhere in public he would be apologizing for it, if asked about it in an interview he would be quiet and try and play it off cause thats not his image or what he’s about, dudes a “Positive Black Man” type rapper, just being in a battle at all would hurt his image

my 2 cents, wouldnt benefit lupe to respond to this and the kids smart enough to realize it

      1. i checked it out and he looks like he can barely stand on a skateboard, maybe that huge backpack full of books was throwing off his balance

even wayne got more moves and lupe and wayne looks gross on a board

    2. lupe?? never .. well it is fif but highly unlikely..more the weezy and new ere style .. yall know them aftermath, shady, unit dudes dont play w this new era wacc shit .. but towards lupe naw…he way above the wacc shit…next

    3. After that Wayne PSA?? That was obviously a Wayne diss. Who does these articles?? Yall are retarded. @HeathnOnTheTrak

    4. a beef with 50 would def give Lupe some nice shine, he would kill Fif lyrically but then again I want him wasting his studio time on 50 diss tracks…I NEED THAT FOOD N LIQUOR 2!

    5. Lupe you don’t want it with 50 it’s best to sit your lil ass down and hush. The lil buzz you have will be gon in 2 months anyway. hell when christmas get here you aint gon be on no one’s wishlist so you can cancel trying to sound tough n all. Just come out with another hit sucka azz boi. kiss

      1. I’m sorry but Lupe would end 50’s career. There nothing 50 can do or say to hurt Lupe. Lupe spits knowledge with Grade A+ lyrics while 50 talks gangster shit with Grade C+ lyrics. I want someone to diss lupe one day just to hear him crush them.

      2. Why don’t you sit the fuck down, hood rat? I agree with the guy above me, Lupe is FIRE. Sorry you can’t understand the shit he raps, get an education instead and learn how to fucking spell.

      3. I agree with Marcci. It’s sad but true Lupe songs are all just sad songs presented on a hiphop level. I don’t think Lupe could go hard on 50 what the fuck is this dumb fuck talking about above me. Learn to fucking learn the rap game.

      4. Stop riding 50’s dick tranny, shut the fuck up and keep selling your transgender ass on the corner. Lupe would lyrically destroy 50 in one verse.

      5. Co-Sign that last comment. LOL. There’s such a difference between Lupe and 50 when it comes to their lyrical abilites, the english language doesn’t have a word that’s fitting for that.

      6. str8 up what Jeezy said, you niggas are soft getting emotional on stupid shit like this I wouldn’t respond to y’all either clearly 5-0 is the better man here as stated Lupe Fiasco comes with that slow music.

      7. Damn this shit funny but this ain’t even directed at Lupe. This is a clear cut shot at Wayne. Btw jeezydarider faggot ass is ridin lilmarcci dick.

    6. Yal don’t even listen to lyrics lol RT @HIPHOPN3WS: 50 Cent Takes Shot at Lupe Fiasco in New Street King Track …

    7. lol 50 would get distroyed. Seriously, what is 50 going to do? You can’t scare/diss anyone with A-B-C rhymes and sign along hooks.

    8. THIS SITE IS SUPPOSE TO BE UP ON SHIT.SOHH HAD THIS BULLSHIT HE GOING AT WAYNE 50 JUST FLIPPED IT THATS ALL DX BE ON SOME TMZ SHIT 50 GOT LOVE FOR LUPE THATS WHY LUPE AINT GONNA SAY SHIT HE KNOW IT AINT ABOUT HIM DX IS STUPID.
