    1. good choice for last years winner… the R.E.D album was solid. it was the best album in my opinion that came out last year

      1. Phonte’s Charity Starts at Home, Saigon’s Greatest Story, Roots Undun, Common Dreamer/Believer, Pharoahe Monch W.A.R., Section 80 are all way better than R.E.D. album.

    2. I almost forgot RED was the AOTY in 2011 ! That was a prank from 4chan, right ?

For real I was expecting much from this album after the Purp & Patron tape but RED cannot be the best effort from last year

    3. RED Album was an excellent release. Not brilliant, but Red Nation, The City, Speakers on Blast, Mama Knows etc. were fire…

Best album of last year was either Section.80 or Watch the Throne…

Best album this year is either Life is Good or GKMC

    4. The fuck u have a website for if you’re going to do the damn poll on facebook. Not everyones trying to let Mark Zuckerberg and all his popo friends know all their business yo..

    5. Jesus Piece, LIG or GKMC. If anyone of these albums win i will not be mad. All 3 albums are definitely classic worthy. Game really impressed with this concept album. Section 80 was better then GKMC. And LIG isn’t Nas best effort but that shit is flawless. Not only is there not one wack song, but every song is hot.

I think ima give this to Game cause he was impressive. He nice and made great albums in the past, but this Album by Game is very well thought out. Great shit from Nas, Kendrick and Game.

Ab Soul, Big Krit, Killer Mike a couple of others, shout out to them too. Best year in hip hop in years. Its been alot of solid albums this year

      1. I find it almost impossible that an album featuring Meek Mill, Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross, 2Chainz, Lil’ Wayne and Chris Brown and many other wack features can be considered classic worthy. All that right there is just a lot of filler.

    6. It’s a tie between Nas and Kendrick for me, I honestly can’t pick one over the other. But it looks like Kendrick might take it.
