Tech N9ne Discusses Kansas City Royals’ 2015 World Series Appearance

Tech N9ne is slated to sit behind home-plate today (October 27) with labelmate Krizz Kaliko, business partner Travis O’Guin and other members of the Strange Music staff to watch Game 1 of the World Series match-up between the New York Mets and his hometown Kansas City Royals.

“It’s going to be beautiful seeing the Royals in the World Series in my hometown of Kansas City,” Tech N9ne says during an exclusive interview with HipHopDX. “This is a worldwide stage and it makes me want to push even harder with what we’re doing at Strange Music.”

The game is scheduled to begin at 8:07 pm EST at Ewing M. Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City.

The Royals defeated the Toronto Blue Jays in the 2015 American League Championship Series, earning the franchise’s trip to the World Series.

In 2014, the Royals lost to San Francisco Giants in the World Series 4-3.

Tech N9ne announced last month that his Strangeulation Vol. II compilation will be released November 20.
