50 Cent Reveals What He’d Do If He Could Go Back In Time

Rappers Chuck D and 50 Cent are among the celebrities who will appear on the SundanceTV docuseries, “Dream School.” According to AllHipHop.com, “Dream School” is a television series that features celebrity teachers mentoring students who have dropped out of high school.

In honor of the premiere of “Dream School,” which takes place tonight (October 1), the celebrity teachers on the show were asked what they would change if they could go back in time.

According to 50 Cent, he would have focused more on writing in order to be a better artist today.

“If I can go back in time…focus on writing music. I probably would be that much better at what I do now,” 50 Cent said.

For Public Enemy frontman Chuck D, he says he would “Dig deep within and figure myself out.”

Although 50 Cent has starred in a number of films including All Things Fall Apart and Freelancers, this serves as one of the first docuseries the G-Unit rapper has taken part in.

Most recently, 50 revealed that he was working on the once-shelved, former Eminem project, Southpaw.

“Actually, I’m working on a film project right now with Antoine Fuqua and Jake Gyllenhaal, Southpaw. Yeah, It’s boxing,” 50 Cent said during an interview with ESPN’s “First Take” in June.

    1. shows remarkable humility and introspection to realise that fif, good on you. Would be easy to point to millions and say “i’m dope as fk” but he recognises his one dimensional skill cost him musical longevity

      1. what are you talking about?

have hit songs from 2002 to 2010? even one in a 2011 and even that “my life” track has 55million views, dont say because of eminem he wrote the song.

50 is one of the best song makers in hiphop, his hooks are well construed and original with double backs. learned from jam master jay. content has been different from club tracks to hard tracks. even has some side stuff on albums and mixtapes

i think what he says is humble, but don’t get it too twisted when it comes to making a “good” song

    2. If he could go back in time he never would have signed Game. He would have signed Max B instead, making him the biggest thing in hip-hop and kept him out of prison.
