    1. perfect…just perfect

none of these other new guys can make a song this great right now except Jay Elect. so fuckin good

      1. wtf has jay electronica released? he hasn’t released jack shit lol like 4 songs and ppl praise him. kendrick has over 80 songs

    2. keep doing your thang homie you shining right now speak the truth krit+cole+kendrick = future of hip hop

      1. bahaha I hope you keep getting nightmares of Kedrick Lamar heading to the top because that shit will keep coming to live,. SMFH @ idiots stuck on lil wayne and drake’s dicks.

      1. no emotion? you musta mistaken this for Chris brown or something. What kinda emotion you want him to have? you want him to act hard like all them fake ass rappers out there? or pretend like he done gone soft like the fakest of them all, lil wayne? (referring to that new song he got out)

      1. Actually, Section 80 is a mixtape, its not an offical ALBUM so you are wrong as well. Lamar was quoted saying hes shooting for a real studio ALBUM in 2012 so youre Xbox and bitch are sage brotha haha

      2. A mixtape is like a free promo album. Kendrick sold Section 80 on iTunes and it took #1 on iTunes when it debuted, beating out Adele and Beyonce. And he also sold physical copies on his own website, cutting out the distribution costs. I don’t know why people talk about his debut album. That was just it. You can talk about a “major label debut”. Come on now, how many times can you have a debut album? Anyway, the album was dope as hell. He nailed it.

      3. ya’ll paid attention to the fact that he said he wont ever put out an album….but i caught that my man was tryna say that kendrick is like papoose??? i got love for papoose, but c’mon hahaha, this guy MUST be new looool quoting Roy

      4. thats crazy i had this dream that papoose dropped a hot ass record last night and reinvented himself lol my sister played that shit and I was like oh shit but I woke up and this nigga still a bum lol

      5. you’re an idiot why won’t he release an album? like he ain’t tryna eat. If you been down with Kendrick Lamar from the starht you’ll know tat he’s bee working on this shit for years. How coud someone in his posotion become like papoose? just leave your name and place of address so when he make that album I can come collect what’s mine or rather, what’s yours

      1. I think they are both as good as each other but I agree, I think they are the two that will really blow and have Jay/Ye status

      2. honestly I don’t uderstand why people compare kendrick lamar with that dude. He just ain’t on Kendick’s level, lyrically and in other aspects.

    3. Dude’s lyrics are ferocious. This is the STAR of the this new generation. Not Drake, Not Tyler, Not J.Cole, Not Diggy, Not the Godson….

      THIS IS DAT DUDE!!!!!!!!

As of today, the best lyricist in the game IMO.

      1. In answer to that, prolly lil wayne and tech nine, and the rest of the pop rock music shit. I guess you made a wrong turn cos this real hip hop right here

      2. shut the fuck up haha lil wayne n tech n9ne in the same sentence is disrespectful name a song that tech doesnt kill kendrick is nice but he aint on techs level thats non debatable and wayne is trash tho i havent downloaded a song from that nigga since the carter 3 haha

    4. Jonathan is right. The album Section 80 was and still is on sale on itunes. And it wasn’t a mixtape that you can download for free. So his new album will be his major label debut. And yes he is that deal. Him Cole World and KRIT got next. They the only young cats I mess with. And J. Cole laced that Hi Power track. SALUTE TO THE YOUNG G’S.

    5. I’m a huge Cole fan but I feel he’s getting left behind.

      Kendrick > Big K.R.I.T > J. Cole
(then K.R.I.T.’s production is better too.)

These guys will run the game in 2 years tops.

      1. Do you mean they’ll be running it as far as success or just lyrically?? I feel J. Cole, but I feel I don’t see him doing moving any units. Then he does the boo-boo and releases a candy-a$$ commercial track….AND IT AIN’T EVEN HOT!!!!!!

        I’m not hating or anything…for real, I’m not…but I see young homey floppin…HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      2. Lyrically. Real lyrics rarely earn anyone major success. But I feel these 3 will change that. J. Cole makes some hits though but his subject matter is getting a bit repetitive.

    6. How much material this cat have out?? I strait slept on son but he has some nice lyrics, refreshing to hear, glad I clicked n took a random chance.

    7. This nucka haz flows bro! I’m supporting the music with my hard earned dollars. Hope he doesn’t get commercialized.

    8. I’ve been hearing about this kid…I feel like an asshole for not taking notice sooner. I’m feeling the FUCK out of this! Amazing talent. I think the next wave is coming from California, between him Frank Ocean and Blu the west coast is on the war path.

    9. Why is everyone sYING THAT KENDRICK IS BRINGING LYRICS BACK??? GAME ALWAYS BEEN HERE, SAME WITH CUBE. TYLER IS DOPE AND SO IS NIPPSEY

      1. Boy Tyler, the Creator and Nipsey Hussle are NOT bringing lyricism back.
Ice Cube is a lyricist, hes a legend but what has he put out lately?
        Kendrick Lamar is dope.
