De La Soul's Incredible GRAMMY Nomination


This week’s Breakdown takes a look at the diversity in this year’s GRAMMY field for Best Rap Album. Chance The Rapper’s Coloring Book, Kanye West’s The Life Of Pablo, Drake’s Views, Major Key by DJ Khaled, ScHoolboy Q’s Blank Face all left a mark on 2016. Perhaps the most interesting nominee, high key, is De La Soul, though. Their project And The Anonymous Nobody went under the radar for most music fans, yet somehow found its way into music’s biggest night. Let’s break it down.
