Over the urgency of a contagious, piano-heavy beat, Masta Killa, Method Man and Redman team up for “Therapy,” which finds the three veteran MCs in the studio polishing their verses. Arriving at 7 p.m., or as they call it “The God Hour,” the video follows them throughout the recording process until they wrap at 4 a.m. Basically, they can construct a banging track in about nine hours.

Directed by Uncle Mef himself (with some added camera work from U-God’s son, Mr. Hawkins), it’s an up-close-and-personal look at how the Wu-Tang legends get down. “Therapy” is the first single from Masta Killa’s upcoming album Loyalty Is Royalty, coming soon on Nature Sounds. Watch the video above.
