With less than two weeks remaining for President Obama in office, Fokis puts a visual together for his single “History (Thanks Obama).” The song features former Atlantic Records artist Deemi and jazz legend Olu Dara (who also happens to be the father of Nas). Produced by Dahoud Darien (“Still Not A Player” by Big Pun, “Can’t Knock The Hustle” by Jay-Z), the video acts as a montage celebrating President Obama’s eight years in office.
