DJ Shadow (real name Josh Davis), the California-based turntablist that gave us the groundbreaking instrumental album Entroducing, resurfaces with a new animated video for “Three Ralphs.” The track comes from his most recent album, The Mountain Will Fall, a 12-track project that dropped in late June 2016 and also featured Run The Jewels.
Beginning with a slightly cacophonous intro, it builds into a delicate piano-laden opus while the words, “Are you ready Ralph/are you ready to die?” which only lends to its intrigue. Watch it above.
