Although Lil Yachty has been stirring up controversy with his comments on his musical forefathers, he’s still hard at work attempting to make an impact of his own. The 19-year-old’s latest video for “Never Switch Up” finds the Atlanta rapper cruising around an unknown body of water in different boats (no yacht though…) while he executes the mellow track with his signature red beaded braids intact.

Premiered during an episode of “Noisey Raps,” the video goes on to follow Yachty around for a day-in-the-life portrait, which shows him behind the scenes at a venue, stage diving, and hanging with his fans.
