Since the untimely shooting death of Queens native Chinx last year, countless people have worked to keep his legacy alive. Most recently, a trailer for the upcoming 1 Year Later documentary about the late rapper has dropped. With emotional interviews with Maino, DJ SpinKing, Chinx’s manager Doug “Biggs” Ellison, “Black Ink” star Caesar, and rapper Meet Sims, among others, the documentary speaks volumes on his character. Although he may be gone, he is definitely not forgotten. 1 Year Later is set for release on September 16.
