HipHopDX recently caught up with GAWVI to discuss his journey from being Pharrell’s intern to a rising EDM star. At the age of 13, GAWVI knew he wanted to be a producer. Growing up in the Bronx and South Florida, he had many cultural influences that made him the artist he is today.
Now, he releases the official music video for “Late Nights.” Directed by Sam Brave, watch as he brings his blend of R&B and EDM sound to life. Look out for his second project Holding Hue, slated to be released on September 9.
