TumboiiKinfolk returns with a new music video titled “New Wave.” This progressive duo is the first of its kind. Kia Shine shares the limelight with LGBT lyricst Tumboii. Tumboii is a lesbian who hails from Columbia, SC, and Kinfolk (Kin Shine) is a heterosexual male from Memphis, TN. Together, they are redifining Hip Hop and helping push the culture forward.
Not only is their flow witty and contagious, they hit topics many emcees are timid to touch in the Hip Hop community. Most music fans remember Kia Shine from his hit “So Crispy,” and his writing credits for Drake. It’s a new day, and “New Wave,” and now he’s giving music lovers something new.
