NOLA native Pell made waves with his Floating While Dreaming project, released this past May. The kid who moved to Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina decimated his birthplace is both a talented emcee and vocalist, and the visuals for “The Never” really tie in well with the feelings of escapism brought about from the track.
