Vintage footage from the making of The College Dropout rolled out earlier today as Kanye’s former videographer Coddie Simmons released some never-before-seen B-roll to Complex.

Kanye West and a group of people, including Pharrell Williams, are shown sitting in the studio previewing Kanye’s “Never Let Me Down,” featuring his boss-at-the-time Jay Z.The self-produced track is definitely one of Kanye’s earlier heartfelt tracks. Kanye sings along with the hook to introduce Jay Z’s verse and the group is seen nodding their heads, vibing out to the song. As soon as his own verse comes up, Kanye raps along out loud which ends in praises from Pharrell.

The College Dropout was released on February 10, 2004. Time flies, right?
