Rising R&B duo THEMXXNLIGHT tapped in with Ye Ali for their latest release “Faded” produced by Taylor Gang’s Sledgren. “Faded” is smooth, light, cerebral number and if faded had a sound, this would be it.

Wiz Khalifa featured the singing twins on his Billboard 200 hit album Rolling Papers 2 last year and DX spoke of their connection for our #DXHitList series last year.

“[Wiz] told me there was this one beat that had been on his mind, he pulled it up and it was ‘All of a Sudden,'” Sledgren said at the time. “I was like you fuck with this? That was the first one. Then we did the ‘Mr. Williams‘ one with Spitta. Wiz says their voices are for now and didn’t foresee putting them on the album three times. He’s never done anything like that.”
