HipHopDX Premiere: Blackwood, New Jersey artist, songwriter and producer Ant Vibe returns with the new single, “Too Many Bottles,” which is a track all about excessive drinking at the club, although it’s also cleverly used as a metaphor for relationships.
“Desmond and I pretty much had the typical night out at the club in mind when we made ‘Too Many Bottles,'” Ant tells DX. “Specifically, trying to target the dudes and girls who be tied down with one another in there rather than having fun with everyone. It definitely isn’t the most pro-relationships record.”
Ant’s (real name Anthony Siracusa) debut EP, Pupil Music, was released in May 2016 and he recently teamed up with Toronto’s Tory Lanez for the single “All I Wanna Do.” His sophomore album, RSVP, is expected soon. Until then, he is readying for his opening set at the Fetty Wap show in Washington D.C. on January 15. Listen to the new single above.
