CGB is a rapper/songwriter born and raised in Ottawa, Canada. Earlier this year, he linked with Mick Jenkins for “Test Me.” CGB currently has his target set on becoming a staple in the music industry, with his own unique sound and skill to back himself up.

Now, he releases a brand new song titled “Come Thru,” in which he shares his views on infidelity in drug-fueled relationships while smoothly flowing over an 808-heavy production supplied by producer/singer Bromar. Bromar also gives life to the song providing the PARTYNEXTDOOR-esque hook. Rapper/producer Tino provides the bridge with his opaque yet melodic voice. The trio speaks from their hearts and it reflects heavily on the aura of the open-ended song.

“Come Thru” is the first single off CBG’s upcoming project entitled Limitless Progression 2. CGB’s horizons are broadening with each new release and this forthcoming mixtape is no exception. Let us know what you think below.
